*All colour services require an up to date skin test to be done at least 48 hours

Booking Policies

Please read & familiarise yourself with my policies before booking an appointment. By booking an appointment you will be agreeing to the terms & conditions.

​

  • Please arrive on time & ensure you have parked your car in a suitable space. Please park on the drive way if its available, but please do not block the drive way in.

 

  • The Studio has no waiting facilities so please contact me once you have arrived as I may still be with a client. I may not be available to welcome you into the studio if you arrive before your appointment time.

 

  • All colour services require a consultation & a skin test at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.

 

  • Please also make sure if you are an existing client but have not visited me in the last 6 months, that you book in another allergy test so that my records are up to date. Failing to do this will result in the service not going ahead.

  • Please confirm that you can make your appointment by using the link sent to you from the Fresha booking system, and fill out the consultation form which is sent via email.

 

  • If you need to change the date, or cancel your appointment please allow up to 72 hours notice. If the booking is cancelled or rescheduled within this time frame, a 30% fee of the booking will be applied. For all forgotten/missed appointments a fee of 50% of the booking will be charged. These payments will be needed to be paid in full and before anymore future appointments.

 

  • Deposits may be required to secure bookings over 4 hours long, & at peak times of the year. These are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours.

  • If you happen to be dissatisfied with the outcome of your appointment we kindly request that you let us know within 14 days from the date of your service so we have the opportunity to rectify this. Should you not contact within this specified period, we retrain the right to impost changes for any subsequent appointments scheduled.

Bridal Packages Policies 

  • Wedding packages require an upfront payment of £65 to secure chosen date, this payment will come off the final bill. This deposit is non-refundable.

  • The final payment must be paid at least 2 weeks prior to wedding date. A 50% charge of the final bill will be invoiced if booking is cancelled within 8 weeks of wedding date.

  • All wedding quotes which have not been secured are only valid for 3 months. Once bridal packages are secured and confirmed, no adjustments can be made unless it is to add more services. Full payment is still required if bridal party becomes smaller.

  • If the timings of the morning means that I will need to change location/room an additional travel fee will be added to the final invoice to allow for travel & an additional set up time.

  • All bridal hair includes one trial for the bride which will take place at my studio in Shefford, Bedfordshire. All additional trials are £65 each. By securing booking by paying the deposit, you will be agreeing to the terms & conditions above.
